How do I place an order?

You may order online or call us at (866) 800-2736 from 9am to 6pm ET Monday thru Friday.

What is your return policy?

Our products have a 30-Day return policy. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return freight. If an item is received defective or damaged - Feather will replace the product.

How do I get service or parts for my Feather product?

Feather will support your product and the warranty. Please call or email if you need parts or service. 

Does free shipping include Alaska & Hawaii?*

Free shipping does not include Alaska and Hawaii - there is an additional charge that is shown at checkout.
