Weighing only 13.5 pounds - the Feather Chair is the lightest wheelchair in the world! This super lightweight manual chair is easy to push and load in and out of your car. Perfect for at-home use or to get out and about.
Loading the Feather wheelchair into your car could not be easier. With a fold-down backrest - the Feather Chair folds down into a compact size that fits anywhere. Optional quick-release wheels allow for the wheels to be removed with the push of a button. Once you arrive at your destination - you are ready to go in under a minute.
Standard features include wheel locks - easily accessible by the seated user - at the front of the frame and caregiver handbrakes operated by bicycle-style locking brake levers located at the push handles. These handbrakes provide the caregiver with control and convenience when going down a hill or pausing to take a break.
Note: 13.5 lbs. is the frame only. Overall weight with wheels is 19 lbs.
